The last saved nightly build is from Monday.
Is not it side efect of your changes?

This wasn't done with CVS, probably because the "CVS" directories only
contain a few files.  I've updated the nightly build script to delete
the ".svn" directories (although it should probably just to a "make
dist" instead).
