However, the "/usr/include/ucd-snmp/version.h" you sent indicates that
you have Net-SNMP.

You might need to install some "developer's package" for Net-SNMP
(although I wouldn't expect there to be even
"/usr/include/ucd-snmp/version.h" if no developer's package is
installed; is there a "/usr/include/net-snmp/version.h"?).
