The ABI for preferences changed - the layout of "enum_val_t" is
different.

You'll need to arrange that the Ethereal you run uses the recompiled
version of the ASN.1 plugin.  If you're running Ethereal from the build
tree, you might have created an "0.10.4" subdirectory of the "plugins"
directory and copied plugins into that directory; if so, you'd need to
copy the latest ASN.1 plugin DLL there.
