Hi,
How should we handle GTK 2.4 ?

- Make new directories in /ethereal-win32-libs
  /Glib2.4 and /GTK2.4 and store the coresponding files on the server in http://www.ethereal.com/distribution/win32/development/GTK2.4
and update the readme.win32 accordingly to be able to build with all three versions of GTK?
or upgrade GTK2 to GTK2.4?
I supose a good starting point would be if Gerald could store the files on the server.
