I am strongly in favor of using the most recent versions of the
GLib/GTK+ libraries. Should we want to offer both 2.2 and 2.4 then we
could do so by means of a conditional in Makefile.nmake for the setup
target.

Maybe we can put both the current and the new versions on the Ethereal
web site?
