MIB_DIRS and MIBS both affect SNMP.  The default capture filter is
derived from SSH_CONNECTION, SSH_CLIENT, REMOTEHOST, DISPLAY, and
CLIENTNAME.  ERF_ATM_ENCAP and ERF_RECORDS_TO_CHECK appear to affect how
Endace files are read.  The 802.11 dissector can obtain WEP keys through
environment variables, although this is disabled by default.  ADNS has a
few environment variables that govern its behavior.
