Hi,
Included patch to packet-diameter fixes value translation with defined valuestrings if xml isn't avalable and
adds a new command flag. It also add some valu string values.
 The diameter-defs file has been updated with a lot of AVP's and other translations. SIP stuff avaits number alocation by IANA.
