Should we switch to the current Win32 NSIS installer version (V2.0 rc 3) and require it for building the setup.exe? 
(this will enable us to use the LZMA installer and the Modern UI)
What do you think about the topic, how the Win32 GTK "problem" between version 1 and 2 should be solved? 
Do you have already any preferred direction for this?
Or do you think, this is too early for a GTK2 release?
