Renamed all appearances to:

Added :
a) a check to this dialog if really some data *is* selected. If not, only show a simple_dialog telling this. 
b) a label which explains things a bit more.
c) some more tooltips
I would like to control the sensitivity of the menus, so the user can only call the dialog when he already selected some data before.
As I didn't find a way of doing this, I added a) to the dialog doing a similar job (although controlling the sensitivity would be a lot better).
