Hi, all. I'm not a developer myself, but I have used Ethereal in the past
on a couple of projects. I have colleagues of mine that are trying to some
routing protocol analysis/debug. I recommended using Ethereal, but I
realize that they might need some guidance in building a dissector. Is
there anyone out there that can give me any guidance on how to do that?

Checked in, and checks that the codeset value is within range removed,
as it now cannot be outside the valid range.
