That file was originally sent because it caused a crash - it turned out
that it has an SIP BYE with no content type, which the SIP dissector
wasn't handling (it wasn't checking for null pointers).

That bug was fixed after 0.10.0 was released (change 1.51 to
packet-sip.c); try the current CVS version.
