Can now set up multiple RTP/RTCP conversations, one for each media description(m) entry.
Limit is set (arbitrarily) to 4 RTP/RTCP streams, see definition of SDP_MAX_RTP_CHANNELS.
 
The existing code would only catch the last m= entry.
