Hi List!

Martin Angler has pointed me to a problem with the latest source release 0.10.0a.

I have downloaded the source release and checked it. There is no Makefile.nmake in the tools dir, as there was an (in the meantime fixed) bug in the Makefile.am EXTRA_DIST file list.

This results in the problem, that the latest source release can not be compiled on win32 platforms :-(

We should note this somewhere on the webpage and fix it now. Or do we want to wait for the next release, which could be coming soon?
