No, you'd probably want a separate field for remote host name.

There is no guarantee that Ethereal would be the program involved on
*either* side of the connection (the remote machine might just be
running the rpcap daemon, and the local machine might be running
Analyzer, or snort, or tcpdump/Windump, or...), and even if they are,
there's no guarantee that the capture_file structure will remain
unchanged between releases of Ethereal, so the capture_file structure
should *not* be sent over the wire.
