Where under those two items can you set the format used for "command
line specified" time stamp columns?  You can set that in the "View
Options" dialog box.
OK, you are right ... Hmmm, I thought that those time specifications were for the primary time column? OK, I see what that is now.
In any event, that simply argues that we should have this in preferences as well? 


I think so.
IMHO, the items still missing in the preferences should be added, and the dialog itself should go into seperate direct menu items.
