Hi!

When using this version of the intl.dll, I have no problems as MSVCR70.dll isn't required!

So should we better go back to this former version? And put this on the distribution page on www.ethereal.com?

I have no idea, where to send an email to, telling the gnu people about this problem in gettext version 0.13.
