cvs diff -u from latest source:

packet-ranap.c.diff
	Added an heuristic to see if it's likely a RANAP message is being
	carried on an SCCP message.  To overcome the problem where SSN is
	not available in every SCCP message.

	Can be removed if/when conversations for SCCP is added.
