That depends on what you mean by "platform".  Note that, arguably, GNOME
and KDE are platforms; you can't use WxWindows to implement a native KDE
GUI (or a native Qt-based GUI of any sort, such as the Qtopia GUI in
zEthereal for the Sharp Zaurus).
