Well, I would think of a PDU usually used at some higher application layers, so that won't fit to this.

I wouldn't know, e.g. what a menu item "Edit/Go To PDU..." actually would do. So this shouldn't be the solution to this IMHO.

IMHO: "Edit/Go To Frame..."  or "Edit/Go To Packet..." is a lot more obvious here.


In the meantime I had a closer look at other "packet analyzers" (namely Analyzer, Packetyzer and EtherPeek) and they *all* seem to use the word "Packet" in their menus, statistics and such. 

This encourages me that "Packet" is the term to use for this.
