This works now. Ethereal builds with no problem on Windows 2000.

I will try on Monday... I worked around the problem by including
winsock2.h in the plugin_api_list.c file.

I've checked in a change to make "plugin_api_list.c" include the same
files that "plugin_api.h" does, and "gcc -aux-info" works on UNIX, at
least.  Try the current CVS version.
