It's not a list of the protocols being worked on, though, as
1) not all of the protocols in that list are being worked on (some are done, and some just don't have anybody interested in working on them right now);
2) not all of the protocols being worked on are necessarily in that list, if "worked on" includes "having their initial dissector written" - if no dissector is in Ethereal yet, but somebody's working on one, it won't show up in the list.
