Here is a patch to the Kerberos dissector that allows it to dissect TCP
requests.  The changes are based on sections 7.2.1 and 7.2.2 of
http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-krb-wg-kerberos-clarification
s-03.txt, and were tested using Microsoft clients and KDCs, which seem to
conform to the above spec.  I tried to minimize the impact to the existing
code.
