Dear all,

I will remove the old ASAP PPID after updating the ASAP dissector.
We still have (the only) Open Source implementation of ASAP out
there using the old one. This will be updated soon.

A MEGACO parser could plug into an unmodified SCTP dissector, but one
might as well add names for those protocol identifiers.


Included is an atemt to update the file not compiled thoug.


I've fixed some compile problems and checked it in.
