Hi,

I have some questions about changing language.
I'm thai people from thailand. i want to modify menu in ethereal version 0.9.8 (win.32) to thai language.
How can i change them? I know that gtk2.0+ support internationalization by using UTF-8.
The first thing i have to do is make ethereal with gtk2.0+ right? and then change text in each menu item to UTF-8 right? but i don't know how can i use UTF-8 in source code.
Can someone explain me about this?
