I just checked in some changes to make the Win32 build environment link to
the Net-SNMP libraries by default.  A precompiled version of Net-SNMP
5.0.6 can be found at

    http://www.ethereal.com/distribution/win32/development/

Building a DLL isn't currently supported, so the library itself is static.
You'll have to define NET_SNMP_DIR in config.nmake as well.
