I last built my plugin for 0.9.3. It now seems to have stopped working. I
copied the ethereal 0.9.7 over a copy of my 0.9.3 tree and ran nmake in the
plugin/rtaiom directory.
    Cannot open include file: 'glib.h'
According to Readme.win32 the last change to required (runtime?) GTK/GLIB
version was
    0.8.16 and after		20001226
I know you folks have been working in the GTK bits, so maybe things have
changed. What do I need to do to get the build working?
