we should strive for getting the out-of-the-box installation working as
well as possible for the causal user.
making ethereal default to nolookup is consistent with that.
non-causal CIFS users already have several options they must go and
configure anyway when
they get a new install such as all the SMB and DCE-RCP reassembly options.
all non-causal NFS people already have to enable tcp/ip reassembly and the
NFS and NLM features also when they get a new install.
As i see it, all non-causal ethereal users have to change the default config
anyway
so enabling name resolution would just be one extra feature to enable.
non-causal users will get a version of ethereal that as they percieve it
WORKS and does not hang.
