Hello List!

I have successfully compiled Ethereal using MS Visual C and GTK2 Libs coming from "http://www.gimp.org/~tml/gimp/win32/downloads.html"; using "gtk+-2.0.6-20020921.zip" and alike.

Ethereal is running, with some restrictions (from the early stage of gtk2 implementation in the win32 libs itself or the Ethereal gtk2 implementation, I don't know). I would call it very experimental for now.

To do this, I had to made some small changes in the gtk2 directory main.c and changed a lot in the Makefile.nmake and config.nmake.

If someone is interested in the changes for own experiments, I could send some patches.
