Thanks for testing. This is related to the one point still on my to do
list as far as support for gtk2 is concerned, but when the problem was
reported first I couldn't link these two things.

OK. I'll need to extract the copying of .m4 files from autogen.sh into
its own file and make sure it is run whenever automake is called. I don't
have the time right now to find the right spot in Makefile.am but will
fix it this weekend as a lastest.

I found out that "pro" means "instead of" (as in proconsul). Now I know
what proactive means.
