Great! Can you tell me how you got it to work? Did you just
hack the system so it built or did you find the source of
the problem?

I'm not sure that ethereal searches for plugins inside
the build tree. Maybe it searches for them only in the
installed directory? Just guessing.

I found out that "pro" means "instead of" (as in proconsul). Now I know
what proactive means.
