Hi,

In thinking further about handling SPNEGO in a negprot, it seems like 
there is no further info that can be passed on to other dissectors,

The BLOB in a negprot reply will list the OIDs of the acceptable auth 
mechanisms, plus some junk (I have seen NONE).

These should just be placed in the dissection tree. It would be useful if 
we could register OIDs without necessarily having dissectors for them.
