Joerg,
I assume you mean the root of my build directory....
Files containing 0.9.6
ethereal/config.h
ethereal/configure.in
ethereal/news
ethereal/config.nmake
ethereal/changelog
ethereal/epan/config.h
ethereal/epan/configure.in
Files containing 0.9.4
ethereal/prefs.obj
ethereal/tethereal.obj
ethereal/news
ethereal/ethereal.exe
ethereal/mergecap.exe
ethereal/changelog
ethereal/tethereal.exe
ethereal/packet-ajp13.c
ethereal/epan/ethereal.lib
ethereal/epan/plugins.obj
ethereal/gtk/main.obj
ethereal/gtk/libui.lib
Remember I am building on Win32 with Microsoft visual C++ version 6.x. I
build with the command nmake makefile.nmake. I have already ran the cleanbld.bat
to ensure Win32 compatibility. I have also tried deleting all the *.obj, *.lib,
and *.dll files within each directory and performed a new build with no
success.
Thanks,
Greg

Hmm, when you do a "grep 0.9.6 *" in the
toplevel directory, which files contain valid hits? What to you get with
0.9.4?
Ciao Jörg

<jmayer@xxxxxxxxx> I found out that "pro" means "instead of" (as in
proconsul). Now I know what proactive means.
