When parsing the share access field of a smb_ntcreate_andx message, if bit 0
(smb.share.access.read) is not set, the output is "Object can NOT be shared
for delete."  It should be "Object can NOT be shared for read."  In release
0.9.5, the relevant source line is packet-smb.c:6441
