The fact that they're shown the capture dialog is a feature, not a bug;
that way, if they don't see any interfaces, we can, at least on UNIX,
have them try capturing on the interfaces that they *think* they should
be able to capture on, and see what the error is.

I suppose we could have them try tethereal or tcpdump instead, if we
wanted to.
