I just posted an update to the CVS tree that will support 
printing on a MS Windows system. This code was developed
on a Win2k box, so please inform me if there are problems
with other Windows platforms. 

The code is somewhat simplistic as it first prints to a 
temporary file then copies the file to the printer. I think
that a better implimentation would require a complete 
re-work of the printing code to support printing callbacks
that hide the implimentation details.
