Hopefully the providers of the various Ethereal binaries (the only ones
that are in local archives on the Ethereal site are one of the piles of
RH Linux RPMs, and the Windows binary; third-party binaries aren't built
by the Ethereal team) can answer those questions.

The AC_ETHEREAL_ZLIB_CHECK macro in "acinclude.m4" just adds a "-lz"
flag, so it doesn't explicitly ask for a particular version.
