tanks alot for the hints!

When I started writing the dissector, I took the RADIUS dissector as a
template.  RADIUS and
IAPP are similar in the sense that both mainly consist of Length/Type/Value
records, so it
looked like a good starting point to me...

I'll see how fast I can realize the changes you mentioned.  The project I
needed this dissector
for is finished, and my boss(es) are just beginning to bury me in other
work :-/
