Hi All,

I couldn't find this bug reported anywhere yet.
Building a filter using:

    ip.flags.mf

Checks for IP flags to be 0x04, this should be 0x02.
The more frags flag is the third one, not the second one.
It's only the filter that goes wrong. The flags are printed correctly in the
GUI.
