No.  It doesn't convert Cisco HDLC packets captured on *any* system to
Sniffer format - the Wiretap library Ethereal and Tethereal and editcap
and mergecap use to write capture files does not include any support for
writing Cisco HDLC files in Sniffer format, as nobody with

	access to a Sniffer capable of reading those files;

	any information on the format of those files;

	time to write the code to save files in that format;

has done so (assuming any such person is an Ethereal developer).
