I think it would be nice if there would be a blurb one could access say
through a Help button for the various protocol options.
Say, in TCP options there is a button to toggle TCP desegmentation behaviour
on/off,
it would be nice if just right of that option there would be a Help button
which would open a small
dialog which would display the description of the option and what it is used
for.
This applies to all preference settings of course.
