Folks

I've finally obtained permission from Openwave management to make available
details of our WSP Extended Code Page encodings for Openwave-specific
(x-up-*) headers - these are typically in code page 16 (0x10).

I'm not really familiar with the Ethereal code so is there anyone who could
point me in the right direction as to where in packet-wsp.c I should decode
the code page 16 headers?
