Hello,
this is a skeleton implementation of SCCP (Skinny Client Control Protocol).
As I don't have traces from the current version of the callmanager, I'd
be happy if some people out there could send me traces.

I found out that "pro" means "instead of" (as in proconsul). Now I know
what proactive means.
