Cool.  What tool did you use to generate the PDF?

It might be interesting to crank up POV-Ray and see if it can emit an
big Ethereal icon for use on the cover.  (It can certainly emit big
icons:

	http://www.ethereal.com/~gerald/ethereal_logo/povray/elogo800x800.png

although that one might be too big.)

The running head appears to overlap the first line on each page; I don't
know if this is a problem with the PDF or with the Acrobat Reader 4.0
I'm using (Linux version, running in compatibility mode on FreeBSD).
