I've just added sections for mergecap, text2pcap, and idl2eth.  To a
very large extent they are copied and pasted from the man pages or the
README.idl2eth and then docbookized.  I've checked them into the
ethereal-doc CVS tree.

P.S. I've left the stuff from README.idl2eth as is, since the current
docs apply to 0.8.19.  We'll get it updated for the next release of the 
docs ( to go with the next release of ethereal).
