Hi,

Here is a new giop plugin, packet-coseventcomm.c 

It was generated by idl2eth from CosEventComm.idl

Also included are the diff's for plugins/giop/Makefile.am and .nmake and
an updated plugins/giop/README to reflect the new plugin.
