That's odd - Makefile.am has it; perhaps Makefile.in wasn't regenerated
from it when the "make dist" was done for the 0.8.19 tarball was done?

We might want to do an 0.8.19a - do a "make distclean", followed by a
configure, followed by a "make dist".
