Not as far as I know; the display filtering stuff, and named fields,
were not in Ethereal when it originally was made available, and at least
some of the BGP code might have existed before Gilbert put that stuff
in - if so, it may not have been possible to make them available when
the BGP dissector was created, and people may not have added named
fields when that stuff was put in.
