Hi,

I have added some preliminary code for support of 
CORBA IDL "fixed' types.

packet-giop.[ch] - new get_CDR_fixed() accessor
                 - heuristic dissectors called if
try_explicit_dissector() fails
                 - int/unsigned in warning (last one ?)

ethereal_gen.py  - support code for get_CDR_fixed()
                 - removed some unused code


It was diffed against ethereal-2001-06-22 nightly tarball.
