Okay. I'm currently working on adding the 'dissect_rtp' capabilities to SIP and MGCP...is it already done for H.323?

RFC?  If there's no other way around it, I could create a box in the
preferences area to turn on/off the RTCP port stuff within the RTP
dissector.

Why not just leave it as is and let the "initiating" protocol do the
work of registering port x and port x+1?
