Hi all,

attached is a new dissector for RANAP (Radio Access Network Application
Part), used in UMTS networks. It is based on the 3GPP specification TS
25.413 V3.4.0. The most important messages are dissected completely, some
are dissected only partially. RANAP runs on top of SUAL/SCTP/IP.

The attached archive contains the following:

packet-ranap.c / packet-ranap.h   -   new dissector
packet-sual.c.diff   -   patch for the sual dissector, to run ranap on top
of sual
ranap.cap   -   a few captured ranap messages

Looking forward to having it in the official release
